Locum Fish Analyst – 4 months (potential for extension)

Role profile:

• Provide FISH analysis of Haematology samples for companion diagnostics product.
• Ensure data in logged and analysised with suitable accuracies for an FDA submission.
• Working within an ISO 13485 regulated environment, documenting all quality control processes on the QMS and flagging any non–conformances
• Continual improvement of QA/QC Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions

Person specification:

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant biological discipline (such as molecular biology for example) is required
• Good practical background with haematological FISH probes.
• Industry experience from within a production or laboratory environment is essential
• Experience of working in an ISO 13485 facility is beneficial.
• Conscientious, consistent and methodical in your approach
