I am currently looking for a Senior Microbiologist to join a growing company development in Cambridgeshire.

As an R&D Microbiologist you will join a team of highly skilled Scientists to support the research and development of the company's technology.

Responsibilities

• Working in a multi–discipline team you will manage projects ensuring work is carried out on time.
• Design and run microbiology experiments using a range of microbiological techniques to test for pathogens and mycology.
• Carry out work to the required quality standards.
• Write project reports.

Ideal candidates will be PhD qualified in Microbiology or Biology (or related subject) and have experience in aseptic microbiology techniques.

Experience in cell culture is highly desirable.
