We are currently looking to hire a Night Shift Quality Lab Tech based in Fort Worth, TX! In this role, you will be responsible for: You will help support the manufacturing operations in implementing the Danone Quality Assurance system. You will execute lab testing for analytical, micro, packaging and sensory data for both finished products, in–process materials and packaging materials. The base compensation range for this position is Base salary range aligned on with HRBP commensurate with experience. You will have a bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, or the equivalent preferred. You will have 1–3 years' experience in the dairy/food/beverage manufacturing industry. • You will have the ability to establish, optimize and maintain world–class quality system and team. You will have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to influence others and be a team player. You will the ability to develop/implement core work practices and standards that ensure excellence in quality. You will have the ability to rapidly assess, analyze, and quickly resolve complicated quality problems with little initial information or direction and with varying degrees of ambiguity. You will have the ability to multitask and manage priorities with allocating time to long–term, quality continuous improvement projects. You will have Strong "self–management" skills and be comfortable working with minimal supervision. You will have willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed to support 7–day per week, 24–hour per day production facilities.
