Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Laboratory Assistant to join our Scientific client based in Swindon.

• Permanent Position
• Up to 22,300 per annum
• Monday– Friday 8.30– 16.30

About the Laboratory Assistant job:

• Assisting the microbiology Laboratory team with day to day activities
• Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment including cleaning, washing and preparing of glassware
• Ensure that work is completed to the necessary Health & Safety Standards

About the person:

• Proven knowledge of Quality and Microbiological procedure
• Previous experience and/or degree within a Laboratory discipline/environment
• Working knowledge of GLP
• Good communication skills
• Computer Literate
