Position Summary: In this role, you will be instrumental in leading, managing, and ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards within our Pathology & Laboratory Medicine department and affiliated community health centers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing critical sub–specialty sections such as Blood Bank and Transfusion Services, Central Receiving Area, Chemistry, Hematology, and Phlebotomy. You will play a key role in maintaining standards that meet or exceed CAP, TJC, and other regulatory agencies requirements while upholding our RESPECT values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in microbiology
