Process Development Technologist

My client a successful and well respected food manufacturer are seeking a Process Development Technologist as part of continued growth and new business wins. You support the NPD and Commercial team supporting projects – concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products – aligned with the business strategy and vison
• Lead development projects, on time in budget
• Manage key stakeholders and customers
• Ensure product launches are met
• Trend analysis, raw materials sourcing, packaging and factory trials, shelf life

Skills and experience;

• Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
• Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition
• Strong communicator
• Experience working with customers (retailers)

• Days Mon– Friday
• Hours – 8.30am–5pm
