Microbiology Technician

Our client is looking for a Microbiology Technician for routine testing as well undertaking challenge testing studies in support of NPD and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

– Media preparation

– Sample preparation and dilution

– Culture preparation and adaptation

– Product inoculation

– Plate counting

– Performing product profiling

Requirements:

– Working experience of working in ISO (phone number removed) accredited microbiology lab or similar

– Good attention to detail and record keeping

• Logical approach to working
• Ability to work to agreed protocols and standards
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good inter–personnel skills and good team–work
• Ability to multi–task
• Good practical skills
