Further company tailored benefits achieved through service and commitment You'd be working closely with the Head of Technical across all the aspects of manufacturing including brand internal audits, Internal company policies and procedures. You will have: Good awareness and understanding of food legislation A degree or equivalent in Food Science or Microbiology or relevent subject with preferably experince of Food Manufacturing, HACCP, QA, Food Safety. Competency in Microsoft Office , Excel and Outlook Accountabilities: Responsible for daily audit of QMS records in the manufacturing units Responsible for daily audit of Goods in records and approved supplier updates in the manufacturing units Responsible for all the internal audits in manufacturing units. Responsible for maintaining the traceability of all raw products (chilled, frozen, frozen in house and filleting room) Assisting with preparations to achieve compliance for BRC and traceability audits. Assist in complaint investigations. Responsible for micro schedule update and sample collection for manufacturing units. Assist in Histamine testing. Providing support to other technical / quality departmental functions as reasonably requested. Measures and KPIs: Customer feedback. Third party and customer audit results • Sales feedback.
