Sales Manager UK & Ireland (Laboratory/Medical device)

Medical device/Scientific sector, Permanent, 37.5 hours p/wk,

Remote with visits to Headoffice in Leicester (occasionally),

B2B Sales,

Managing a strong Sales team of x8 in UK/ROI

upto 60,000 per annum (OTE 150K+) + Quarterly bonus + uncapped bonus + Yearly bonus + Remote +Company car/Laptop + more!

Duties:

– Strong management background of working with a sales team to increase sales of medical devices/equipment to new & existing customers, providing support to the team, mentoring, 1–2–1, coaching, recruitment process,

– Implementation of sales plans, conversions & forecasting for the sales team

– Working alongside the sales team and generating leads to be followed up

– Business development

– Attending meetings F2F or via Teams with customers

– Attend and promote company products at trade shows/exhibitions

– Excellent written and oral communication, professional, organised, team player, approachable and most of all a "role model" to the sales team

For this role you must have:

– BA Degree in Science or equivalent (Microbiology, Biological science, Biomedical or Chemistry)

– Good communicator, organised, ability to manage a strong Sales team

– Happy to travel in the UK and support the sales team with on–site meetings with new and existing clients
